Join us for a three day weekend of evidence based lectures addressing the latest innovations in lifestyle medicine including interactive movement and cutting edge culinary medicine workshops. Our line-up of lecturers are experts in a wide variety of medical fields which lends a depth and breadth to the conference material.
Keynote speakers are from the renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and The Medical College of Georgia. They will be discussing everything from food and cancer risk to the role of medical cannabis in your practice to how to combat professional burnout.
Other lectures and workshops include: nature therapy, safe beauty practices, herbal medicine, the pathophysiology of yoga and mindfulness, the science behind high intensity interval training and much more!
